Locked out?

So far, this app stinks. :(. I registered and it kept telling me my password was incorrect. I JUST registered and havent logged in yet and my password is incorrect? How?! So, I went to the website---SAME message. Reset my password and it is STILL telling me incorrect password. Grr! Then, Im locked out of my account. Write to support to let them know, but the emails are undeliverable. Hmm. Would really like to be able to log in to an account when I register for one. Please fix and doc the link to your support because apparently the email address is incorrect.
